registered with the Soil Association, where you can see famous
pedigree Highland cattle, brood mares, geese, ducks and chickens.

The ancient market towns of Holsworthy, Hatherleigh, Barnstaple,
and the historic ‘little white town’ of Bideford are within
easy reach, and the Shebbear village shop is very well stocked.
Top-rate golf and links courses, family and surf beaches, the
acclaimed Eden Project, and the stunning scenery of the South
West Coast Path are within easy driving distance.

Berry Barns has its own purpose-built two-and-a-half acres of
coarse fishing lakes stocked with a wide variety of fish, including
specimen crucian carp, plenty over 3lb. Fishing is restricted to residents only.
There are no day tickets, ensuring peaceful, unhurried and
exciting fishing.
