A beautifully appointed stone-built two-storey converted
barn with a galleried entrance hall and flagstone and
oak wood floors. There is a spacious living room with
wood-burning stove, a large and airy kitchen/dining room
with craftsman-made fitted oak units, and three double
bedrooms. The barn is furnished to a very high standard.

All modern conveniences
While we’ve kept the traditional features of beamed
ceilings and oak floors, we’ve also added patio doors on
the ground floor that open into the garden. We offer all
the comforts and amenities you’d expect from a modern,
sympathetic conversion, with no extra charges. Logs are
provided for the wood-burning stove, but there is also
oil-fired central heating if you need it.
There is a bathroom/WC with a Victorian-style roll-top
bath and a shower cubicle, plus a separate cloakroom/WC.
Duvets, linen and towels are all provided. Pamphlets and details of local attractions and places to
visit are available.

Facilities
The Owl Barn tariff includes electricity, oil-fired
central heating and logs for the wood-burning stove. The
living area has a TV, video/DVD and radio/cassette/CD. The
kitchen is equipped with automatic washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, and there is a
shared tumble dryer in the garage. A cot and
highchair are provided. There is also a shared childrens’ play
area with climbing frames and a shared games room on the farm with
table tennis, darts etc.
